WE HIRE MASTERS STUDENTS

 

We offer students who want to work during their Masters programme a paid part-time job as a junior analyst/researcher on a fully remote basis (“Werkstudent” or working student / student trainee). This can lead to a full-time job offer after graduation.

 

We generally recruit only Masters students in Business/Finance or Maths who are able to demonstrate a talent for understanding how businesses work, what drives their revenues, costs, returns on capital, and operational risks. You should have an appreciation for how human psychology can affect management, consumers, regulators, investors, etc. and how this can affect decision-making outcomes and competitive advantages.

 

You need to be quick to understanding specific industry terminology, making mental connections, generating insights from what you can read in publicly available information (e.g. annual reports, presentation, news articles) - being a fast reader and learner is essential. Advanced Excel modelling skills are required.
